Q: Can you create a custom engagement ring for me?

 A: Yes we can! At lilPetite we see jewelry as a form of art with endless possibilities. We would love to create a unique custom made piece for you to treasure.  

 

Why would I tell you my budget for a custom-made engagement ring?  

 A: The reason we ask a client what their budget is because we can quickly determine the desired ring style, along with the stone size and its specifications. We’ll be able to let you know accurately what can be done within your budget and work to find the best options to fit your budget and needs.

 

 A: Yes we do! A laser inscription is a great way to personalize your ring.

 

Can I buy an engagement ring from you without the stone?

 A: Unfirtuanly no, we don’t do it to be difficult, but rather because we have very high standards, we source and handpicked each gem and diamond to make sure it meets our strict guidelines. Because we are very particular about our quality, we want to make sure that each ring is complete to perfection from start to finish.

 

Q: Is custom-made more expensive?

 A: At Lilpetite jewelry, we believe strongly in transparency. Pricing is based on design complexity & difficulty, metal, and gemstones. Buying directly from the source saves you money, and you get a piece of fine jewelry that made with care from the artist to you in Toronto. No middlemen, a true value and undeniable quality without the retail markup.

 

 Q: Do you offer a warranty on your engagement rings?

 A: We do all of our work right here in Toronto; each piece is carefully inspected before shipment. We stand behind everything we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection. If the problem is determined to be a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. You may also return your jewelry to our shop for prong tightening, re-polishing, and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry, with only nominal shipping fees. Please contact us if you have questions or would like to return your item for any of our free warranty services. Service performed by someone other than LilPetite will void your Manufacturer Warranty. 

We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered. We recommend the purchase of independent insurance for all of you precious jewelry.

 

Q: Can I send back my ring to be re-sized?

 A: Within 90 days of purchase, we offer one complimentary resizing for our standard ring styles. Custom-made, customized, platinum and engraved rings may be subject to resize fees. Ring sizing takes 5 to 14 business days from drop off or delivery.

 

Q: How should I clean my jewelry?

At home, the best way to clean your jewelry is soaking it in warm to hot (not boiling) water and a mild soap for 2o minutes. Then using an old soft toothbrush to get into the texture and to remove any remaining dirt.
