Returns - Engagement and wedding rings
We want you to be happy with your jewelry! If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and provide us with the opportunity to work it out together.
All of our jewelry are made to order. It means each piece will be made just for you once you place an order. Since we do not mass produce our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
In some cases, we would offer a re-make service where we would change and modify any detail you would like and even create a new ring while using the material and gems in your pre-purchased ring.
Returns - Fine Jewelry Collection
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in their original state: unworn in their original box.
Please contact us prior to sending your jewelry back. email@example.com Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
We do all of our work right here in Toronto; Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment. We stand behind everything we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our Studio for inspection. If the issue is a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you.
We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product is also not covered. We recommend the purchase of independent insurance for all of your precious jewelry.

When you purchase a LilPetite engagement ring, your purchase is more than a beautiful piece of jewelry—it is also a security in the care of your piece by the expert artisans at LilPetite.
At LilPetite we provide our complimentary services includes first time sizing (when possible ).
We have very high standards and expertise, all work be handled exclusively by LilPetite. Any work performed by an outside jeweler may compromise the integrity of the piece and this automatically voids our standard warranty.
Your personalized serial number will identify your unique LilPetite item and provide tracking and continuity of care on your piece.
