Guarantee 

All of the jewelry is handmade here in Toronto; Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment. We stand behind everything we create and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our Studio for inspection. If the issue is a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you.We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product is also not covered. We recommend the purchase of independent insurance for all of your precious jewelry. 

Warranty

We offer first time ring re-sizing without a service fee and offer a one year warranty for your LilPetite jewelry from the purchase date. Some exceptions apply; If you have taken your LilPetite jewelry to another jeweler for service, this voids our standard warranty.Repair, resizing, and refinishing services are non-transferable. If extra services are requested by someone other than the original buyer, a fee will apply.The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from our studio.
