What is your return policy
Please note that all our jewelry is custom-made to your size specification and made to order. Since we do not mass produce our pieces and each piece is customized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellation: I start working on orders as soon as they're received to ensure timely delivery. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact me within a 5-hour window. After this 5-hour window, all sales are final.
What if I ordered the wrong ring size?
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a one-year limited warranty for our handmade jewelry. This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear. If the ring or jewelry noticeably shows improper care or is damaged in any other manner, we will make repairs at a cost.
Center stones are not guaranteed under this warranty. Therefore, we recommend the purchase of independent insurance for all of your precious jewelry.
* We always recommend strong gemstones and ensure to warn you about the risks to keep you fully informed. However, we still want to make you happy and offer the gemstone you ultimately want. Please note that soft gemstones are not covered under our limited warranty because they are very soft and susceptible to scratches, chips, cracking, etc. This includes gemstones such as pearls, opals, and moonstone. If you choose to use these soft gemstones, it is your responsibility to care for and maintain them.
Accent Diamond Replacement
We offer limited coverage for accent diamonds.
Coverage
Small accent (melee) diamonds up to 0.25 ct are eligible for one-time complimentary replacement within 12 months of delivery.
The replacement applies only if a stone becomes loose or is lost due to normal wear or a workmanship issue.
Conditions
The piece must show no signs of misuse, impact, or alteration by another jeweler (including resizing, polishing, or resetting).
The ring must be sent back to LilPetite for inspection and replacement; we do not reimburse third-party repairs.
Shipping costs (to and from our studio) are the client’s responsibility.
Only the original owner of the piece may request the replacement.
Limit: two accent diamond replacement per piece within the coverage period.
After the first year, accent diamond replacement is available as a paid repair service.
This warranty is void if the piece is taken to another jeweler to be worked on.
Please note shipping to and from our studio or postal charges are paid by the customer.

We offer free shipping for orders over $1000 to USA and Canada.

Yes we do! LilPetite jewelry ships worldwide while providing a tracking number for every package.
We do not ship to P.O boxes or temporary address such as hotels/hospitals as availability and shipping dates could change.
What kind of packaging will my jewelry come in?
Your jewelry will be securely packaged for shipment, ensuring that its contents remain discreet and confidential. Pricing information will not be included inside the box. Your jewelry will be presented in elegant packaging, nestled inside a beautiful jewelry box and ready to gift.
Customs and Duties: What should I be aware of?
International Shipping OutSide Of Canada
Please be aware that, depending on the recipient country and relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. You might need to fill out customs clearance forms or provide a tax ID.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
If the mail carrier returns your package to us because you weren’t available or contactable during delivery attempts, or if you didn't provide the necessary information for the package to be released from customs clearance, and the package was shipped back to us, we will reach out to you to check if you would like the parcel to be resent to you. Please note that shipping charges will apply based on your location, and any additional fees incurred for the return of the package to us will also be applicable. If we don't hear back from you within 60 days, we will consider this item abandoned.
