No production will take place in the month of September 2024.

Rings / Jewelry with stones: 6-8 weeks (in addition to the September downtime)

Create Your Ring: 6-9 weeks (in addition to the September downtime)

Bands with no gems: 4 weeks (in addition to the September downtime)

Custom made: Project based 12+ weeks (in addition to the September downtime)

Warranty & Repairs

1. We offer a one-year limited warranty for our handmade jewelry. This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear. If the ring or jewelry noticeably shows improper care or is damaged in any other manner, we will make repairs at a cost. 


2. Center stones are not guaranteed under this warranty. Therefore, we recommend the purchase of independent insurance for all of your precious jewelry. 

*We always recommend strong gemstones and ensure to warn you about the risks to keep you fully informed. However, we still want to make you happy and offer the gemstone you ultimately want. Please note that soft gemstones are not covered under our limited warranty because they are very soft and susceptible to scratches, chips, cracking, etc. This includes gemstones such as pearls, opals, and moonstone. If you choose to use these soft gemstones, it is your responsibility to care for and maintain them.


3. We reserve the right not to take resizing requests if the item is not insured by the customer or if it is during a rush or busy time of the year.


4. This warranty is void if the piece is taken to another jeweler to be worked on. 


5. Please note shipping to and from our studio or postal charges are paid by the customer.

Return & Exchange


All sales are final. Unless there is a clear issue that is our fault please reach out. Please note that most of our jewelry is custom-made to your size and is crafted on a made-to-order basis. Due to the personalized nature of our pieces and the fact that we do not mass-produce, we cannot accept returns or exchange. Feel free to ask as many questions as needed before purchasing to ensure you are comfortable with your decision. 

Fraud Prevention and Communication Policy:


We reserve the right to refund or stop working with a customer if fraud is suspected. Additionally, we may hold an item for up to 3 weeks for verification purposes if it appears fraudulent.


For custom-made pieces, timely communication and prompt payment are essential. If a customer does not respond to emails or fails to make payments, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the project.


We also reserve the right to discontinue service if a customer is rude, abusive, or disrespectful in their communications. Maintaining clear, respectful, and consistent communication ensures the smooth creation of your unique piece.

LilPetite jewelry ships via FedEx worldwide while providing a tracking number for every package. Depending on location, delivery to the U.S. takes between 1-3 business days. 

*We do not ship to P.O boxes or temporary addresses.


International Shipping OutSide Of Canada  

Please be aware that, depending on the recipient country and relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. You might need to fill out customs clearance forms. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.


If the mail carrier returns your package to us because you weren’t available or contactable during delivery attempts, or if you didn't provide the necessary information for the package to be released from customs clearance, and the package was shipped back to us, we will reach out to you to check if you would like the parcel to be resent to you. Please note that shipping charges will apply based on your location, and any additional fees incurred for the return of the package to us will also be applicable. If we don't hear back from you within 60 days, we will consider this item abandoned.

We offer a one-time free resizing of up to two sizes for our standard ring styles. 


*Some rings cannot simply be resized due to style and materials and would need to have some modification to the sizing shank area. In these cases - a fee is applied.
