The title pretty much sums it up. Most importantly, the ring I received was absolutely gorgeous, and my (now) fiancé is totally in love with it. The huge variety of options offered here really allowed me to purchase a ring that suited her perfectly. Another huge plus getting the updates for each step of the creation and shipping process. Being informed on exactly where things were currently standing made what could have been a stressful purchasing experience much, much more pleasant!

I love the platinum band we ordered. They were extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. The shipping window was ~14 weeks which we knew up front, and we received ours early in week 11. Great service, even while busy.

Buying an engagement ring wasn’t an easy process for us, but Efrat was so amazingly helpful and patient with customizing our perfect engagement and wedding ring! We spent about two to three months asking questions and emailing her back and forth before we decided on the final design. From customizing the gems, explaining how the gem grading works, how the quality will affect the price of the ring, informing us of the subtle difference in colour based on the mix of metals, and slightly customizing the ring size, Efrat was so incredibly thorough and understanding in answering to make sure we got the design we wanted. Both rings look so beautiful and the detail is incredible that I can only imagine how much care and effort was put into making them. I can’t wait to show them off and if I could I would definitely buy from this store again!

Efrat was lovely to work with and was helpful through the entire process. The finished product exceeded my expectations. My gal loves the ring and admires it regularly. Since then I have gone back to Efrat to build a pendant, as now everything I give my gal looks like a perfect matching set. I will be coming back for more items as she truly builds unique items.
