Returns - Engagement and wedding rings:

 We want you to be happy with your jewelry! If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and provide us with the opportunity to work it out together. Please note that all of our jewelry is custom made to your size specification and is made to order. Since we do not mass produce our pieces and each piece is handmade made and custom, we do not offer returns

Returns - Sterling Silver

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original state: unworn, unaltered. Please get in touch with us before sending your jewelry back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Additional Information

- We will not refund shipping costs for returns and customs fees for international customers. They are the buyer’s responsibility.

International customers outside of Canada: If the mail carrier returns your package to us because you weren’t available or contactable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to check if you would like the parcel to be resent to you. (This time, shipping charges will apply based on your location). If we don't hear back from you within 30 days, you will receive a refund for your order minus the shipping fee, minus any associated import fees, and minus 25% restocking fee for the item(s) you ordered. 


We will resize your ring one time without a service fee and offer a one-year warranty for your LilPetite jewelry from the purchase date. Some exceptions apply; If you have taken your LilPetite jewelry to another jeweler for any service, this voids our standard warranty. Repair, resizing, and refinishing services are non-transferable. If extra services are requested by someone other than the original buyer, a fee will apply. When sending the jewelry back to us for repair, The buyer is responsible for shipping customs fees to and from our studio. Repair requests can be submitted by email: Jewelry Service Request
