At LilPetite, we stand 100% behind our products and craftsmanship. Our goal is to create jewelry that you are please you for years to come. Returns - Engagement and wedding rings We want you to be happy with your jewelry! If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and provide us with the opportunity to work it out together. All of our jewelry are made to order. It means each piece will be made just for you once you place an order. Since we do not mass produce our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. In some cases, we would offer a re-make service where we would change and modify any detail you would like and even create a new ring while using the material and gems in your pre-purchased ring.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be in their original state: unworn, unaltered. Please contact us prior to sending your jewelry back. admin@lilpetite.com Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.


Warranty  

We will resize your ring one time, without a service fee and offer a three years warranty for your LilPetite jewelry from the purchase date. Some exceptions apply. If you have taken your LilPetite jewelry to another jeweler for service, this voids our standard warranty. Repair, resizing, and refinishing services are non-transferable. If extra services are requested by someone other than the original buyer, a fee will apply. The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from our studio.
